With ample terrace space, sun loungers, and a poolside al fresco dining area, there is plenty of room to socialise with friends and family or enjoy dinner under the stars.
Boasting direct sea access via steps from the terrace, the property features a private stone beach plateau with sun loungers. The plateau also features a private dock for guests who wish to travel by boat.
Indoors, the bright and airy open-plan living area is suited to both casual living and elegant soirees and celebrations. With refined elegance, the décor is incomparable, featuring state-of-the-art furnishings and fittings for an ultra-contemporary style that focuses on quality. Boasting Travertino and oak finishes and opulent marble, the attention to detail is awe-inspiring.
The spacious living area is complete with luxurious sofas and floor-to-ceiling windows offering natural light and spectacular views. There is also a large dining table by the windows, allowing for fine dining with a view. The property accommodates up to 15 guests across its five-bedroom main villa and two separate apartments. In the main villa, all bedrooms are elegant, spacious, and well-appointed, with oversized beds and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. Many of the bedrooms are sea-facing and have balconies or French windows, offering beautiful views.
