Spanning five spacious floors connected by a lift, the 400-square-metre villa offers plenty of space to relax with loved ones. A seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living makes the villa a spectacular year-round destination.
The lower level is dedicated to relaxation. Here, a heated infinity pool appears to spill directly into the sea below. A wooden deck surrounds the pool, offering day beds, sun loungers, and a corner lounge for soaking up the sun and taking in the panoramic views. Glass doors separate the pool terrace from a luxurious spa featuring a heated indoor pool, a bubbling Jacuzzi, an infrared sauna, and a massage room.
On the first floor, guests will find a second terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the sea below. Ideal for long, breezy lunches or starry dinner parties, there is also a fully equipped summer kitchen, a professional barbecue setup, and a shaded al fresco dining table. Sliding glass doors connect the terrace with the elegant interiors. Here, plush lounges surround a TV and fireplace, perfect for cosy evenings in. A hand-carved dining table beneath elegant lighting and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar complete this space.
The villa also features a chill-out zone, perfect for all ages, with a sleek billiards table and a sophisticated bar. Moreover, guests can enjoy a curated selection of fine local Croatian and international vintages from the custom wine cellar.
