This large estate provides a true sense of privacy and space, with a path leading directly to a small, inviting beach. The heart of the outdoor living space is a beautiful turquoise swimming pool, bordered by sun loungers for relaxation. Adjacent to the pool, guests will find an expansive outdoor sheltered dining area and living space, perfect for relaxing or enjoying al fresco meals.
The villa is perfect for guests of all ages and great for families, with a sand-floor playground for children, complete with swings and slides, a yoga terrace, a traditional pétanque court, and a beach volleyball court. Everyone can stay active and entertained when not enjoying time in the pool or on the expansive sun terrace.
The interiors feature a fresh, elegant style throughout, utilising natural materials such as Mallorcan tufa stone and restored terrazzo floors. The clever design allows for open living, with elegant partitions still creating a more intimate, cosy feel when relaxing in the living room after a day in the sun or gathering for a meal in the dining room.
The villa features six en-suite bedrooms across the main house and separate bungalows. The master bedroom, in the main villa, enjoys ample space to unwind at the end of the night, whether in the room or the private outdoor terrace space, and a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, as well as an outdoor shower to enjoy even more time al fresco. A twin room can also be found in the main villa, while the remaining four bedrooms are housed in separate bungalows, each with a private entrance, providing an added layer of privacy. All the bedrooms benefit from private terraces with stunning garden and sea views, allowing guests to wake up to the blue of the Mediterranean before wandering down the stone path to gather together.
