The villa makes the most of its beautiful location with ample outdoor living and entertaining spaces. The spacious terrace features several relaxation areas with comfortable seating and even a day bed for lying back with a book or catching some sun in true comfort. A shady pergola with ample seating nestled amongst the palm trees offers spectacular views over the valley, and the large outdoor dining table is perfect for barbecue lunches or relaxed dinner parties.
Guests can take in the endless views from the stunning infinity pool, then sit back and relax on the wooden deck with a glass of wine kept chilled in the fridge of the convenient pool house.
The interior of the villa maintains a traditional feel yet is equipped with all the modern comforts for guests to enjoy. Guests can relax with a book in the library or sit back in front of the TV in the main living room.

About the area
The Binigaus estate sits on the southern coast of Menorca close to the charming municipality of Es Migjorn Gran.
The area is ideal for outdoor lovers with plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and horse riding on paths through the valleys, down to the coast with its pretty beaches and picturesque coves. Adventurous travellers can explore Cova des Coloms, a natural cave in the gully of Binigaus just 800m from the villa, which is protected by Bien de Interés Cultural, the heritage register of Spain.
