An elegant property overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills

Villa Chiusa is a beautifully-refurbished former village police station in the stunning Val d’Orcia region of Tuscany.

Surrounded by the fabulous Tuscan countryside, the villa exterior offers al fresco dining, a terrace overlooking landscaped lawns and gardens, a large heated swimming pool, and a pool house with kitchenette and shower room.

The elegant villa features stunning interiors with wooden and terracotta floors and spectacular high ceilings, and is furnished with designer fabrics and antique, handmade furniture.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with an authentic Tuscan fireplace, a cosy TV room, and a beautiful dining area leads into a fully-equipped country kitchen.

Two double bedrooms and one twin are located on the first floor. For those looking for a little more privacy, there is a separate guest annex with a fourth king-size bedroom. Each of the rooms feature flat screen TVs and well-appointed en-suite bathrooms.

Villa Chiusa is one of 11 villas in the 5000-acre Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco estate. The estate offers two restaurants, a cooking school, a fitness and spa complex, tennis courts, a private golf course, and a chapel, all surrounded by 70 hectares of vineyards.
