Built in 1860 and standing on a small hill above Lake Como, the villa has an unbeatable location. Its elevated position offers fabulous views of the lake and it is only a few steps away from the Cardinal Building and the banks of the lake.
This superbly renovated 19th-century villa preserves the patrician design which is traditional in the area and in the Villa d’Este. The property offers 300 square metres of living space which are distributed over three floors, accessed via a lift.
The villa comprises a lovely living room with breath-taking lake views, a dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The dining room has direct access to the garden and there is a terrace where guests can unwind while admiring the beauty of the scenery.
This beautiful four-bedroomed villa is suitable for a group of up to eight guests. Each bedroom is well-appointed, equipped with dressing rooms and en-suite marble bathrooms. The first floor includes a king-sized bedroom with a private terrace and lake view and a king/twin bedroom with garden view. On the second floor there is another king-sized bedroom with private balcony and lake view, and a king/twin bedroom with a garden view. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
