It also boasts direct access to a man-made sandy platform, and there is another beach strand just a few minutes’ walk away. Paths lead to the main residence through the impeccably landscaped tropical gardens filled with tropical flowers and fruit trees, and imposing granite boulders, which have been kept as stunning features of the villa’s construction.
Guests can relax in the large infinity swimming pool, before soaking up the rays from sun loungers or deck chairs spread throughout the grounds. The vast terrace features a gazebo with relaxed lounge seating, a bar, and an al fresco dining table, perfect for sunset barbecues.
Those looking to get active can play a few rounds of table tennis or use the villa’s range of water sports equipment, including paddle boards, kayaks and snorkelling equipment for exploring the surrounding waters and reefs, and fishing equipment for throwing a line off the rocks and perhaps catching the evening meal!
The ocean-facing villa features simple, yet inviting décor using a variety of natural materials, creating the ultimate in barefoot luxury. The open-plan living and dining area features wooden floors, high, beamed ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing for panormaic views and a smooth transition to the outdoors.

Villa Sea Monkey is situated in the exclusive area of Glacis, where Ian Fleming got the inspiration for his book For Your Eyes Only. The region in the northern part of the Seychelles island of Mahé is famous for its sandy beaches, coral reefs, and tropical foliage.
There are plenty of activities for visitors to enjoy from paddle boarding or kayaking on the gentle waters, to snorkelling and diving in the stunning reefs, and swimming with the l.ocal whale sharks.
On land, visitors can explore the island by bike, or hike up the island’s highest peak in Morne Seychellois National Park.
In nearby capital Victoria, visitors can explore the local market, stroll through the botanical gardens, or enjoy a round of golf at a course surrounded by a wildlife sanctuary.
Only a stone’s throw away is the vibrant Beau Vallon bay with its range of restaurants, bars and markets.
Ideal for a day trip, the Seychelles’ second-largest island, Praslin, is just an hour’s boat ride away. Here, visitors can explore the Vallée de Mai, a national park and UNESCO World Heritage site known for its mystical forest full of giant Coco de Mer palms, and home of the rare Black Parrot.
To see giant tortoises in their natural habitat, visitors can head to Moyenne Island, just a short distance off the coast of Victoria. The island is also ideal for snorkelling, as it’s surrounded by the St. Anne Marine National Park.
