Guests can enjoy 100 metres of private beach with shady palm trees, perfect for watching spectacular sunrises. Behind the villa is a furnished dock on the lagoon offering guests a private place to enjoy some of the best sunsets in Tulum, or even a special place to say “I do”.
Stunning panoramic views can also be enjoyed from the roof terrace, which has plenty of outdoor seating, tables, and a rooftop bar for guests to enjoy. There is also a heated plunge pool, perfect for soaking in with a glass of bubbles in hand.
On the lower terrace, there is plenty more outdoor seating as well as day beds, hanging seats and hammocks for true beachside relaxation.
The “off-grid” villa has an eco-friendly approach using solar and wind energy to provide modern comforts, along with recycled rainwater supplying the bathrooms and providing water for housekeeping and gardening.
Indoors, the single-storey villa continues the beach aesthetic, contrasted with carefully-selected modern art and design pieces, from neon signs and unique artworks to quirky lamp stands and shelf decorations.

Location
Villa Destiny is located in the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve of Tulum, in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. The reserve includes stunning beaches, the world’s second-largest coral reef, jungle areas, and wetlands; it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is the largest protected area in the Mexican Caribbean.
Tulum is known for its cenotes – spectacular freshwater pools connected by an elaborate cave system, perfect for swimming, snorkelling and diving.
Visitors can also enjoy tours of the area to view the diverse environment and get up close to the local wildlife, including dolphins, manatees, crocodiles, turtles, and a variety of bird species.
Moreover, the Tulum area is perfect for history and culture-buffs with its abundance of Mayan ruins up to 1000 years old.
