The villa boasts a private path with direct access to the sea just 25 metres away, where guests can bathe in the turquoise waters, along with a 17-metre heated infinity pool overlooking the sea. Surrounding the pool is a spacious deck with sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas providing perfect places to take in the spectacular views whilst soaking up the glorious rays.

Ideal for social gatherings, the partly-covered terrace features an outdoor kitchen with both a barbecue and a stone oven, along with an outdoor dining setting, and a comfortable seating area.

Indoors, the open-plan living and dining area is flooded with light through floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow sea breezes to flow through the property. A spacious lounge area features a fireplace perfect for cosy evenings in and a large flat screen TV with Satellite TV, Apple TV and Netflix all available.

The dining area boasts a wooden dining table seating up to 12, perfect for elegant meals, and adjoins to the modern kitchen. The bright kitchen is fully-equipped with all the amenities needed to cook up a gourmet feast, as well as a bar table with six stools, ideal for casual morning meals or evening aperitifs.

Guests keeping up with their fitness can enjoy a work-out with a view from the well-equipped gym, which features modern equipment, air conditioning, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea and surrounding mountains.

The villa sleeps 10 guests in its five well-appointed bedrooms set over two floors. The Master bedroom on the ground floor boasts a king-size bed, luxurious bathroom with aero and hydro massage jets, and direct access to the sun deck and pool area. On the first floor are three more doubles and one twin, all with en-suite facilities and most with access to the shared balcony with stunning sea views.

For guests travelling with a nanny or other staff members, there is a separate staff apartment beneath the pool area, taking the villa’s capacity up to 12 guests. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a shower room, and a bedroom with a king-sized bed.
