Composed of two separate houses, Villa delle Palme is an exclusive property enjoying a privileged location by the sea in Marina di Modica, on the southern coast of Sicily.

With its contemporary style, the villa is a welcoming home that can accommodate up to 18 guests, distributed between the two houses – Casa Grande and Casa Piccola.

Located in a residential area, just 300 metres from a sandy beach, this prestigious property features a lush garden and comfortable terraces from where guests can enjoy the amazing view over the sea. Moreover, there is a large swimming pool and ample decking featuring sun beds.

The two villas, with their welcoming and expansive interiors, offer a total of nine air-conditioned bedrooms, eight luxurious bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms and a lounge, which is an ideal setting for gathering with friends or family.
