5 Bedrooms — 12 Guests
A beautiful luxury chalet in the scenic Austrian Alps
Chalet 1597 is a chic and charming alpine luxury residence situated in Lech, in the Stubenbach region of the Austrian Alps. One of the highlights of this property is that thanks to its location, guests can ski almost back to the chalet from the Rufikoft ski area, following a marked ski run.
This stunning chalet takes its name after the year when it was built; although with a history of over 400 years, the property has been lovingly refurbished. Nowadays, the chalet welcomes its guests with a cosy décor which charmingly displays antique pieces and lush furnishings, as well as modern facilities for a comfortable stay.
The luxury five-bedroom chalet spans three floors of beautifully appointed living and sleeping rooms. From the ground floor and all the way up, guests will be greeted by a warm décor boasting wooden floors, walls and ceilings. The main entrance into the chalet is located on the ground floor, which along with a ski room, boasts a spa with bio-sauna and glass relaxation area. There is also a dining room adjoined by a professionally equipped kitchen. Moreover, entertaining and relaxing go hand-in-hand at this chalet, which has a comfortable living room with a Tyrolean stube where adults can enjoy get-togethers, while the kids can happily watch a movie in the stylish cinema room. One of the bedrooms is also located on this floor, featuring an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room.
Several stairs lead from the dining room to the first floor, which features a comfortable reading nook, and a card-playing area for fun time spent with friends. The additional four bedrooms are located on this floor, each bosting en-suite facilities and offering impressive views. The master suite boasts emperor beds, en-suite bath and shower, and a separate lounge area. The second master bedroom boasts an emperor bed and en-suite shower room. There is an additional twin bedroom, and a kids’ room with four single beds.
From the main dining area, several steps lead down to the lower ground floor which hosts a traditional stone-walled wine cellar, where guests can enjoy not only some of the best wines, but also aperitifs in the tasting room. There is also a massage room where guests can enjoy beneficial massage therapies to help them recover after an exhausting day on the slopes.
Chalet 1597 is ideal for guests who wish to enjoy unrestricted luxury and comfort in the Austrian Alps.
