Charming ski-in/ski-out chalet with indoor pool and spa facilities

On the side of the Schlosskopf slope in picturesque Oberlech sit the pair of stunning Arula chalets. Chalet Arula Two is the smaller of the two, offering 800 square metres of space and sleeping up to eight guests.

The chalet’s sun terrace offers the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun sets over the slopes. Guests can also relax in the spacious outdoor Jacuzzi or enjoy the ice rink (shared with Chalet Arula One) using equipment provided.

The relaxation continues indoors with the private spa and wellness centre. Along with an 8-metre swimming pool, sauna and steam bath for easing tired ski muscles, there is also a relaxation area, a Vital bar with refreshments, and massage room where in-house treatments can be arranged.

Guests of all ages will be kept busy with the chalet’s plentiful entertainments facilities. There is a party room with an array of board and table games, and an entertainment system, as well as a cinema room, which can be transformed into a yoga studio for in-house fitness sessions. The chalet also features a wine cellar and bar area, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine whilst catching up on the day’s events with fellow guests.

The main living area features a central fireplace with plenty of sumptuous seating, perfect for nights in, along with an elegant dining space where hearty gourmet meals prepared by the private chef can be enjoyed.

Up to eight guests can be accommodated in the four spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and balcony or terrace access.

With its extensive entertainment and wellness facilities, spacious outdoor areas, and ski in/ski out location, Chalet Arula Two is the perfect property for a luxury ski holiday with friends or family.

For larger groups, Chalet Arula Two can be booked together with neighbouring Chalet Arula One for a total capacity of 30 guests.

About the area

Chalet Arula One is located on the slopes of Oberlech, a quaint, car-free village in the heart of the Lech-Zürs ski region. Oberlech can be reached via cable car from Lech am Arlberg, which sits around 200m below in the valley.

The Lech-Zürs ski area is part of the Arlberg ski region, which is the largest in [Austria](/luxury/austria) and includes the nearby resorts of Stuben, St Anton and St Christoph, as well as several smaller resorts. The region boasts over 300 km of groomed piste and 200 km of deep powder runs, 27 km of cross-country ski trails, as well as several snow parks to enjoy. The “Run of Fame” is a spectacular 85 km-long ski circuit that runs through the entire Ski Arlberg region. Lech has one of the longest seasons in the Alps – often running until late April – making it the ideal choice for spring skiing fans.

Off the slopes, visitors can enjoy the 1.2 km Oberlech toboggan run, 40 km of winter walking trails, and a host of activities including snowshoeing, horse-drawn sleigh rides through the village, ice skating, and curling.

The village of Oberlech offers a great range of restaurants and bars, or guests can venture down to Lech for even more options.
