Villa Caminata is a beautiful property immersed in the Umbrian countryside and set amongst colourful gardens filled with blooming flowers.
Outdoors, guests can relax in the heated swimming pool, soak up the rays from poolside sun loungers, or sit back in the outdoor lounge. There are various al fresco dining settings throughout the gardens, including a shady pergola area with a 12-seater dining table and a barbecue area.
The luxurious property is comprised of a main villa and a guest cottage. In the main villa is a spacious living room with a cosy fireplace, an elegant dining room with terrace access, and a well-equipped country kitchen. There are three king-size bedrooms and one twin, all with en-suite facilities.
The guest cottage features a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a combined living and dining room with a kitchenette, and a sunny private terrace.
Villa Caminata is part of one of Italy’s most select private country estates, which features its own restaurant specialising in local cuisine. Estate guests are also granted discounted rates at nearby Antognolla Golf Course, an 18-hole championship course designed by renowned architect Robert Trent Jones Jr.
Additionally, thethere are numerous activities to enjoy, from yoga and Pilates, to hiking, cycling, or fishing. For utter indulgence, guests can also enjoy wellness therapies in the comfort of their villa.
NB: From the estate entrance there are 3 km of white gravel road to reach the villa. Whilst the road is in good condition, it is not suitable for low-height cars.
