Located only half an hour from Florence, Tuscan Villa il Sogno is a stunning property that offers incredible privacy and exclusivity. Set amongst three acres of cypress, olive, and fruit trees, this property offers the exclusivity of a private home, whilst providing a luxurious hotel experience.
Although this rural hideaway is semi-detached, the sense of privacy is unparalleled in these gorgeous grounds. With resplendent views of the rolling Tuscan countryside surrounding the villa, along with al fresco lounge and dining areas, ideal for living the “dolce vita”, enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, taking a refreshing swim in the private pool, or relaxing with a glass of bubbly in the spacious poolside Jacuzzi.
The high-beamed ceilings and large windows of the interiors are sun-drenched with the natural light flooding through, and exude a spacious, comfortable and inviting ambience. A neutral colour scheme is evident throughout the property, whilst traditional Italian design is maintained in the rich, warm hues of terracotta.
The living room features a traditional fireplace along with the terracotta floors offer an atmosphere of rustic charm, nicely contrasting the neutral colour palette of the rugs and upholstery. The dining room features a large wooden table with garden views, and the fully-equipped kitchen boasts a dishwasher, table top grill and cheery tile backsplash, as well as two bar stools at the marble counter for informal eating.
The villa’s multimedia room features a desktop computer and printer/copier/fax machine allowing guests to remain connected to home or business throughout their stay. There is also a satellite TV with DVD player and DVD library to keep younger guests entertained, as well as a library with an eclectic mix of books.
There are five bedrooms, all featuring comfortable beds with fine Italian linens. Three bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms; one with a king-size bed, the others with twin beds. The third and fourth bedrooms are a queen and twin room respectively, both with private bathrooms. The fifth bedroom offers a flexible set-up, comprising two sets of bunk beds, sleeping up to four children or teens; these may be converted to twin beds or one king-size bed only for up to two adults.
With three terraces and ample outdoor space to relax and take in the views, and well-located to explore the nearby towns/cities, guests of Villa il Sogno can make the most of their holiday time whilst enjoying the privacy and exclusivity of this incredible luxury property.
