A 12-metre heated pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor space. Lined with sun loungers and surrounded by lush lawns, the pool offers the perfect place for relaxation.

Various outdoor lounge settings offer the option to soak up the sun or chill out in the shade, all while taking in the panoramic lake views. For atmospheric al fresco dining, a beautiful stone table sits beneath a vine-covered pergola, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens.

Originally a classic stone residence, the villa was artfully reimaged by Como-based architect Alessandra Guanziroli. Though it retains its authentic character, the property is now a seamless blend of heritage and contemporary design, where traditional masonry meets floor-to-ceiling glass and high-end finishes.

Two distinct structures make up the estate: the main villa and an ultra-modern independent “casetta”. Within the main villa, timber ceiling beams and sleek, tiled floors are elegantly paired with contemporary furniture, statement lighting, and carefully chosen artworks. The heart of the home is the spacious lounge room with charming stone walls, a crackling fireplace, and French doors that open onto the garden. A separate dining room with a chic wooden table is perfect for enjoying convivial meals with loved ones.

The main villa spans three levels, including an attic family suite with its own lounge and double and twin bedrooms. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor, all with en-suite facilities, and two of which boast lake-view balconies.

The two-bedroom casetta is a modern addition to the property. It features floor-to-ceiling windows designed to capture stunning lake views and keep interior spaces bathed in natural light. Its two bedrooms feature en-suite facilities and private, lake-view balconies. On its ground floor, a light-filled fitness room offers a workout with a view.
