Villa N is a refined seven-bedroom estate set within the grounds of a working winery in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. Its hilltop position provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, verdant with olive groves, vegetable gardens, and rows of carefully tended vines.

A dramatic cypress-lined driveway winds up the hillside, leading to the villa and its expansive parkland. The estate’s agricultural character is evident throughout the gardens, which include a chicken coop, beehives, and an organic vegetable patch.

A long infinity pool stretching toward the rolling green hills of Siena anchors the grounds. Surrounding the pool is a stone terrace and a manicured lawn furnished with sun loungers and day beds.

The villa itself is a beautiful example of modern restoration, where a traditional cream-coloured manor house and stone outbuildings have been transformed into a sleek wellness retreat. Large, paved terraces border the villa, providing ample space for al fresco living. In the garden, a long, covered pergola offers a shaded setting for large-scale dining. Additionally, for an immersive culinary experience, the estate also boasts a private restaurant with ample seating under a sleek, white timber ceiling.

The villa exterior is a display of classic Italian architecture, while the interiors exude minimalist luxury, creating a destination that prioritises health and wellbeing at every step. The modern interiors feature a minimalist, monochrome design, with dark herringbone timber floors in the common areas, crisp white walls, and large picture windows.

A large part of the lower level is dedicated to a state-of-the-art spa, featuring a sunken stone jacuzzi, a timber-clad sauna, and a hammam. An emotional shower and a glass-walled gym that overlooks the valley complement the wellness suite.

The accommodation is arranged across two floors, sleeping up to 14 guests in seven suites. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, including a suite with direct access to a stone terrace. The second floor houses the remaining three bedrooms, one of which features a private balcony and another a separate living area with a sofa bed. Each room is decorated in a muted palette of charcoal, olive green, and white. The en-suite bathrooms continue the monochrome design, with white marble and mosaic tiling, many offering views over the surrounding cypress trees. This combination of sophisticated design and extensive wellness facilities at Villa N creates a modern, calming base for the perfect Italian escape.

Nb. For larger groups, there are several apartments (1-3 bedrooms) available within the estate. If the apartments are booked by separate parties, villa guests have sole use of the swimming pool, spa, and tennis court, though the restaurant is shared.
