The focal point of the outdoor space is the large swimming pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a holiday read. The adjacent pool house is home to a well-equipped gym, ideal for those looking to keep up with their fitness during their stay.

The outdoor lounge provides a space for family and friends to relax and socialise under the shade of a pergola. Guests can enjoy an al fresco meal on the veranda, or enjoy a barbecue or pizza party in the outdoor kitchen.

Each separate building has its own living room, the largest of which is in The Trulli and features a fireplace, flat screen TV and dining area. Both The Trulli and The Saraceno have a kitchen where guests can cook up a feast using fresh ingredients from the vegetable garden, or local markets.

Throughout the interior, guests will find a variety of modern artworks by young artists from Italy and abroad, which provide character and interest to every room.

The estate comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, with the option of adding four additional single beds if required. The Trullo has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (plus the option of two single beds), The Lamia has three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms, and The Saraceno has a double bedroom, plus a double bed in the living room, with a shared bathroom.
