Traditional rural estate lovingly restored to create contemporary and stylish accommodation
In the heart of Apulia, lies Villa Ostuni Art; a traditional farm property that has been transformed into a contemporary villa estate. Comprised of three separate buildings – The Trulli, The Lamia, and The Saraceno – each with their own unique architectural style, the property is ideal for families or groups of friends who want a mix of social and private living spaces.
The stone buildings fit perfectly with the rural setting as well as the estate’s stunning gardens, which feature well-kept lawns, a vegetable garden, fruit trees, and olive groves.
The focal point of the outdoor space is the large swimming pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a holiday read. The adjacent pool house is home to a well-equipped gym, ideal for those looking to keep up with their fitness during their stay.
The outdoor lounge provides a space for family and friends to relax and socialise under the shade of a pergola. Guests can enjoy an al fresco meal on the veranda, or enjoy a barbecue or pizza party in the outdoor kitchen.
Each separate building has its own living room, the largest of which is in The Trulli and features a fireplace, flat screen TV and dining area. Both The Trulli and The Saraceno have a kitchen where guests can cook up a feast using fresh ingredients from the vegetable garden, or local markets.
Throughout the interior, guests will find a variety of modern artworks by young artists from Italy and abroad, which provide character and interest to every room.
The estate comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests, with the option of adding two additional single beds if required. The Trullo has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (plus the option of two single beds), The Lamia has three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms, and The Saraceno has a double bedroom, plus a double bed in the living room, with a shared bathroom.
With its peaceful countryside setting, just a short drive from the sea, and its perfect mix of social and private living spaces, Villa Ostuni Art is the ideal property for groups of family or friends to relax in style and comfort.

Villa Ostuni Art is located in the beautiful Valle d’Itria area of Apulia, around an hour south of Bari. The villa is surrounded by countryside but is an easy drive to beautiful beaches on both coasts – the Adriatic Sea on one side and the Ionian Sea on the other.
The city centre of Ostuni is around 10 minutes’ drive away and is known for its narrow streets and winding passages, sprawling piazzas, and iconic white buildings. Perched at the top of the hill is the Cathedral and the Episcopal Palace, both great places to take in stunning views of the surrounding area, right across to the sea.
Visitors can sample local cheeses and olive oils at nearby farms and markets, cycle or hike through stunning countryside paths, or indulge in traditional Italian cuisine at the many local restaurants and bakeries.
