A former watch tower and now a luxurious private residence with awe-inspiring views of the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside.
Villa Arrighi is a charming private villa in offering panoramic views of Reschio Estate and the Niccone Valley on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. At one time, the property served as a watchtower but it now enjoys architectural masterpiece status, thanks to careful restoration.
Every detail at the villa showcases elegance and care. Both the exterior and the interior spaces are ample and have an inviting ambience. Access to the house is via the large paved courtyard which boasts a central water feature. The extensive grounds are stunning, featuring impeccably-tended gardens and manicured lawns. There is also a gorgeous swimming pool, overlooking a vast expanse of the idyllic Italian countryside.
Although the property’s exterior maintains many of its 11th-century Romanesque features, its interior boasts a subtle modern look, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Spread over three floors, the luxury villa’s indoor living environment is light and spacious thanks to the double-height ceilings in the sitting room and high ceilings everywhere else in the villa.

There is a sitting room with a fireplace, an elegant dining room, and a cloak room adjoining one of the classic Italian kitchens, which will impress guests with its particular arched structural design and modern amenities.
